Introducing Triton Recruitment’s latest addition to the team…  Recruitment Consultant, Will Walker.

Will joined Triton Recruitment in September after completing a Business and Marketing Degree at Leeds Trinity University. Now five months into his recruitment career, Will commented on his experience so far. ‘I am really enjoying it! You know exactly where you stand and get a lot of support from the Directors, who keep you up to date with what is going on in the business.’

Will added. ‘Even though it’s a really fast-paced role, you can still have a laugh. Everyone gets along with each other across all teams within the group. It’s a great working environment’

Being a local lad, Will was initially attracted to Triton Recruitment because of their positive reputation in the marketplace, in addition to the training and progression that is on offer.

When questioned around his goals and ambitions, Will said. ‘I want to build a successful career in sales. There is great progression at Triton, so I am looking forward to opening up those opportunities and moving towards a Senior position.’

Leeds United fan, Will, describes himself as hard working, outgoing and energetic and he aims to bring that energy into his everyday work. Will believes that his confidence has been key during the early stages of his career, particularly when speaking to and building strong relationships with people in his market.

Managing Director of Triton Recruitment, Paul Dyson commented. ‘Will has been a great addition to the team and has settled into the business really well. He is always keen to learn and demonstrates the dedication and ambition required to be a successful recruiter. I am sure we will see great things from Will this year!’
