Triton Group Employee of the Month, Aaron Bailey

Aaron Bailey, Triton Recruitment Consultant, was awarded Employee of the Month at the Triton Group quarterly internal Sales Meeting on 21st September 2022. Businesses in the Triton Group family include; Triton Security and Facilities Management, Triton Projects, Triton Systems, Triton Trak and Triton Recruitment.

Aaron Bailey recently joined Triton Recruitment following over a decade of experience in Sales. Leeds born and bred, Aaron has account management and sales experience across a variety of sectors including Events, Vehicle and Plant Machinery Tracking as well as Manufacturing with R.H Smith and Sons. Aaron also benefits from his hands on experience working as a steel galvaniser.

Through Aaron’s extensive experiences, he has built a deep understanding of different sectors and the dual requirements of businesses and candidates for roles. Aaron now heads up consultancy for Mechanical and Electrical as well as Construction sectors for Triton Recruitment.

Essentially, I understand the business sectors of our clients so I’m able to supply the right time served tradespeople every time.’
